Observation

On 6.15.2023 this licensor observed window blinds in place on windows in the Chapel. The providers reported that the Chapel is used on Friday mornings for an assembly type event for the children. On 6.15.2023 this licensor observed fencing and wood with sharp points and edges accessible to children next to a storage shed. As of the date of this virtual inspection, Joan Litzgow reports these items have been removed. On 6.15.2023 this licensor observed that the metal baseboard heater in the preschool bathroom was quite rusty in areas in which the paint had come off. On 6.15.2023 this licensor observed some outlets in the Chapel and some in the Big Room that did not appear to be TR type and were accessible to children. On 6.15.2023 this licensor observed several power strips with surge protectors accessible to children in the Chapel, Computer Lab and Kindergarten classroom. On 6.15.2023 this licensor observed that the chandelier in the Chapel had exposed bulbs which were not shatter resistant.
